Hi, I am William Letts.
I am a certified home inspector through the (AHIT) American Home inpection training company.
I use the ASHI standards of practice for my home inspections (American society of home inspectors). I go above and beyond what the ASHI standards call for.
I will have several inspection tools, including the latest inspection software and inspection agreements from the home inspection pro app.
All inspection reports will be avalible the same day as the inspection. Usually with In 30 minutes of completing the inspection.
I have an extensive back ground in building maintenance as I was a maintenance technician for 15 years prior to home inspection.

A sewer scope is a visual inspection of the sewer line from the house to the road connection.
Any repairs from the house to the road falls on the owner. These repairs are not cheap. Don't let a sewer back up ruin your new house.

Radon is the number 1 leading lung cancer in nonsmoking people and #2 for smokers.
Radon testing is pretty cheap if you're comparing it to lung cancer.
